1.Our History
In 1993, Luoyang Daobei Special Steel Ball Plant was founded, which was a joint venture of LYC.
In 2004 it started the business of wind energy steel ball with Korea company .
In 2001 6 after reformation, it was renamed Luoyang Zhisheng Special Steel Ball Co.,Ltd (ZS).
And it was moved to the Yingzhuang Industrial Park of Mangshan Town, Luoyang, Henan in the same year.
In 2007 its first batch of bearing balls were applied for GE wind energy bearings .
In 2013 its annual output value exceeded more than RMB 35 million ,and 80% of our balls are mainly for wind energy industry.
In 2014 ZS developed a new product “AISI S-2 Rockbit Ball” for oil drilling industry , which was sold to USA and Canada markets.
In 2015 it imported an AVIKO Eddy current test machine from the Czech Republic and its model 3070 is the first one in China.
In 2016 Luoyang Yusion Industrial Co.,Ltd was founded, which is a subsidiary of ZS.
In 2017 it Established a cooperation relationship with North America, Russia, European oil industry giants, and a batch of photoelectric appearance test equipment was purchased .
2.Our service
Using GB / T 18254-2002 standard bearing steel and tool steel as a raw material, ensure quality from raw material.After the raw material arriving to the factory,raw materials are tested by chemical composition analysis, metallographic inspection, surface inspection and size inspection to ensure them are totally up to standard.
Providing by the national standard heat treatment process JB / T 1255-2001 strictly for thermal processing.The quality of steel balls conform to international grade GB/T 308.1-2013 and ASTM.Heat treatment operation controls the furnace temperature,quenching liquid concentration and temperature,which also ensure stability and controllability according to quenching and tempering time.Retrospecting the quality in the production and delivery process.
